School fees in Nordelta and Tigre 2026
Short guide for parents: what you can know today about fees in Nordelta/Tigre, what is not published, and how to read the numbers without surprises.
2026 context
After private-school fee deregulation, several schools published 2026 figures in more detail (and with month-to-month adjustments). In Nordelta/Tigre the offer is limited: Northlands, Michael Ham, St. Luke’s, Northfield, Cardenal Pironio, among others. Only a minority publish full tables on the web.
What is published (and what is not)
| School | Fee transparency | 2026 signal |
|---|---|---|
| Northlands Nordelta | High — table on website | Primary ~$1.98–2.22 M; Secondary ~$2.70–2.92 M + scholarship fund $34,950 |
| Michael Ham Nordelta | Low — docs for families | Contact administration |
| St. Luke’s Nordelta | Low | Contact the campus |
| Lincoln (La Lucila)* | Medium — fees in USD + capital fee | Capital Assessment U$S 12,000; tuition in dollars |
\*Lincoln is not in Nordelta, but many families along the northern corridor compare it as an international alternative.
How to read a “premium” fee
- Tuition ≠ total cost. Add enrollment, scholarship fund / association fee, cafeteria, transport, materials, and extraordinary fees.
- Number of installments. Northlands bills the year in 11 installments (Feb–Dec). Others use 10. Comparing “monthly” without that skews the picture.
- School day. Half-day vs full-day early years changes the number end to end (e.g. Northlands rooms 1–2).
- Intra-year updates. With liberated prices, the March figure may not be August’s. Ask for the update policy in writing.

- Room 5 (full day): $1,503,200
- Primary 1–3: $1,980,300
- Primary 4–6: $2,224,600
- Secondary 1–3: $2,701,200
- Secondary 4–6: $2,923,900
Enrollment ≈ one installment for the level. Sibling / alumni discounts: see the official document.
What to ask if the school says “contact us”
- March 2026 amount and 2026 update policy.
- Enrollment / registration fee (one-time? annual re-enrollment?).
- Mandatory extras (solidarity fund, CEC, maintenance).
- Cafeteria and transport: mandatory? monthly average?
- Discounts (siblings, CBU debit, annual payment).
Practical summary
If you need to compare with numbers in hand, today Nordelta/Tigre has Northlands as the transparent anchor in the upper band. For Michael Ham and St. Luke’s, the realistic path is to request the 2026 fee circular and build your own spreadsheet (tuition + extras) before deciding.
